Now that you're a mom, exercise can easily become less of a priority. After all, looking after a baby is a 24-hour job. What
we tend to forget while looking after baby is that we MUST continue to look after ourselves! A healthy and happy mom = a healthy
and happy baby. Some important things to remember.
Daily physical activity reduces stress and it can help you sleep better.
Fitness helps keep
you healthy and has been linked to reducing the risk of some diseases and to warding off depression (help say goodbye to post
partum depression or just feel a little better on those days when our little darling turns into a monster)
Cardiovascular exercise and strength training can help your body return
to pre-pregnancy shape faster.
Exercise
actually gives you energy when you feel like you have no energy left. Yes, exercise will actually make you feel better! You
just have to get moving!
Exercise improves self-esteem,
increases stamina and ultimately helps you be able to do continuous work for longer (remember, motherhood doesn't end at 6pm!)
Whether you want to get back to your pre-pregnancy fitness level or simply gain the energy you need to play with your kids

STROLLER FIT IS BACK!
Come out and join other moms, dads, babies and toddlers getting fit this Summer! Get
back to your pre-pregnancy fitness levels and gain the energy you need to play with your children. The best part? Keeping
baby within arm’s reach while you exercise is the ultimate time saver! NO SITTERS REQUIRED! 
Workouts will include a warm-up, low or high impact cardio with easy to follow
routines such as walking or light jogging, strength training for all the major muscle groups, core exercises, stretching and
most importantly, F..U..N with your little one!! Thursdays 9:30-10:30am

*Punch cards can be
used for either Stroller Fit or Fitness Boot Camp classes.
This class is suitable for infants, toddlers, twins and even preschoolers who enjoy the stroller and watching Mom exercise!

for yourself, plus anything you think baby will need for the hour.
