Journey to Wellness Bridal Boot Camp
The Journey to Wellness Bridal Boot Camp is a 6-week program that will
give brides (and bridesmaids) a full range of fitness and nutrition resources to help lose inches quickly and tone muscles in
order to fit perfectly into that all important dress. The six-week program will include the following:

The
Journey to Wellness Bridal Boot Camp will incorporate the already existing Fitness Boot Camp classes
(Tuesdays 7-8pm and/or Saturday 8-9am in Fall River) and a Personal Training session at a private studio in Fall River.
The rest of this program can be done on your own time and from absolutely anywhere! You also do not need access to a
gym or spend a lot of money on expensive gym equipment. You will need a computer, comfortable footwear, a set of handheld
weights, a stability ball (not required but would be useful) and a whole lot of determination!
Besides the one or two 60-minute classes each week and the one-hour Personal Training session located at a private studio in Fall River, you should plan to commit anywhere from 20-45 minutes per day for workouts (bare minimum is 20 mins). This will not necessarily be the same every day and it of course can be broken up throughout the day to fit your schedule (i.e.) 15 minutes to do a portion of the workout in the morning and another 10 later that day to finish it off, another day could be a 30 minute walk with a friend or your spouse-to-be. Some days would just be only cardio (i.e.) walking, other days would be your assigned workout (usually 15-20 minutes in length depending on how quickly you can get through the exercises, number of distractions, etc... Some days I could ask you to do both and of course, there will be rest days. You will also need to dedicate a little time to completing a DAILY food journal and planning/prepping your meals in advance (one of the best things you can do to succeed). It can be tough at first, especially if you are use to flying by the seat of your pants when it comes to meal planning but it becomes easier as you adjust to the program and if you stick with, will eventually just become a natural part of your day. All of the above can cost you hundreds and hundreds of dollars and the daily accountability is almost unheard of with many fitness programs. I am offering everything above - one weekly fitness classes, the body assessement and consultation, personal training session, fitness program, meal program and daily accountabiity for an entire six weeks for the low cost of only $189 ($249 if you choose both fitness classes)!! As a special bonus, each bride is welcome to invite one (1) bridesmaid (or groom) for an additional $85 ($150 if choosing both classes). Personal Training sessions would be a combined "small group" session.
